Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error by Zafira Luxury Fragrances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@zafiraluxuryfragrances.com.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, box, and any included accessories must be intact.

Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and, if necessary, may request photos or additional details to evaluate the claim.

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at orders@zafiraluxuryfragrances.com so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
